Our managing Director
Luis Medina is the firm managing director and founder. He oversees firm operations, client acquisition, and regulatory compliance. Luis is also the technical lead and final reviewer of every deliverable, financial report and tax form file.
Prior to founding Fox Caliber, Luis supported defense, government, and life science clients as a management consulltant. He authored numerous financial, quantitative, forecast, and KPI reports for various purposes including process optimization, risk manageement, market entry, sales forecasts, and cost estimation reports.
Luis serves as volunteer advisor to entreprenuers and business executives through the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) SCORE program. He has advised business owners in industries including technical services, film and entertainment, professional services, e-commerce, hospitality, and skilled trades in areas such as business structure, business plan development, financial projections, taxation, and marketing.
As the managing director, Luis ensures every client who engages Fox Caliber understands the proposed services, their purpose, and benefits provided, has all their inquiries answered in a timely manner, and is cofident their tax and accounting needs are well supported.
Luis is a Certified Publiic Accountant in California and holds a BA in economics from University of California, San Diego.

Fox Caliber, A Professional Accountancy Corporation, was started by our managing director Luis Medina, CPA after spending eight years in public accounting and management consulting.
